Trout Roe

Small, vibrant orange pearls from Danish rainbow trout: fresh, clean, and surprisingly complex for their price. A light brine, a sweet finish, and enough pop to be genuinely fun. Equally at home on sourdough toast or eaten straight from the jar at midnight. Not the fanciest thing we sell. Possibly the most fun.
